Licensing

KanTimeTM licensing policy is one of the simplest in the industry. The monthly subscription fee for our hosted solution is based on the number of “Active Caregivers” (defined as caregivers who have worked during the month). There are no limits on how many clients or caregivers are in the database. We bill you for only those caregivers who earn revenue for you – “pay-per-use”!

A nominal “one-time” set-up fee will start the service within a few days. The recurring monthly fee is as low as $99 per month.
