KanTimeTM licensing policy is one of the simplest in the industry. The monthly subscription fee for our hosted solution is based on the number of “Active Caregivers” (defined as caregivers who have worked during the month). There are no limits on how many clients or caregivers are in the database. We bill you for only those caregivers who earn revenue for you – “pay-per-use”!

A nominal “one-time” set-up fee will start the service within a few days. The recurring monthly fee is as low as 40 cents per day per caregiver (depending on the size of your business). Included are:

  • Automatic updates (no software installation required).
  • Automatic backups.
  • Automatic disaster recovery.
  • Automatic monitoring of the services 24 x 7.
  • Initial training & support.
  • E-mail support.

As an option, large organizations may choose to use KanTimeTM as an in-house managed solution. Irrespective of your size, we’re sure to provide a solution to fit your technical & regulatory objectives.
